Ballreich, a regional snack food company that has been family-owned since 1920 introduces Flavor Your Own gourmet potato chip kits. The kits allow the consumer to mix and match flavors and season their potato chips to their liking. The package includes a 7-ounce bag of original wavy potato chips and separate seasoning packets that vary based on the flavor of the kit. The chips can then be seasoned and warmed in the oven or microwaved right in the box. The packaged box has handles for easy carrying. Flavor Your Own will launch Thanksgiving week in 1,200 Kroger stores nationwide and are scheduled to arrive in a variety of stores in 2013. Suggested retail price is $4.99.
