BPA Group acquires Racupack BV

The BPA Group (www.bpa-flexolutions.com), which includes BluePrint Automation, has acquired the activities of Racupack BV (www.racupack.nl) located in Culemborg, The Netherlands.

Racupack has created a recognized name in the food and non-food markets as a manufacturer of wrap around and cartoning solutions. Their 25 years of experience in the industry is a perfect addition to BluePrint’s 30+ years of know-how handling and loading flexible packages into secondary containers.

Racupack will continue its operations under BPA Racupack BV. This acquisition allows the BPA Group an opportunity to offer a more diverse product portfolio; providing our existing and new customers integrated single source turn-key packaging solutions.
