The Sustainable Green Printing Partnership (sgppartnership.org) announces that RadTech International North America (radtech.org) has become a member of the SGP Community as a Resource Partner. SGP Resource Partners are sustainability subject matter experts who insure that the entire community is empowered with on-target and current thinking. They include a diverse group of organizations, from industry trade associations to educational institutions and NGOs, all striving to provide information and resources to help create a more sustainable print industry.

RadTech is the non-profit association for the advancement of ultraviolet and electron beam (UV & EB) technology. The organization serves as an industry forum, addressing the educational needs of the users and suppliers of UV and EB equipment and materials. Its members represent a number of industries including: printing and packaging, 3D printing, adhesives, composites, flooring, graphic arts (inks, high-gloss varnishes), plastics, release coatings, wood finishes and more.

"RadTech has been an ongoing supporter of SGP's mission to promote sustainability in the printing industry," comments Doreen Monteleone, SGP Board member. SGP has been a complimentary exhibitor and discussed at several past RadTech events. A special event about SGP will be featured at the upcoming uv.eb West. "During a luncheon briefing we will have an open discussion of the benefits of SGP certification and how UV/EB can help a facility on its sustainability journey," adds Monteleone. "RadTech is also offering complimentary registration for printers to attend the entire show."
