The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) today that advanced sign-ups for the educational sessions of PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY have already passed the final number of educational registrations at the last edition of PROCESS EXPO in 2013. This year’s program includes over 35 hours of sessions that take place throughout the show during PROCESS EXPO 2015 at Chicago's McCormick Place from September 15-18, 2015 and admission to all sessions is free of charge to all registered attendees.

“This is just further evidence that these educational programs bring food and beverage industry professionals to the PROCESS EXPO trade show,” said Gil Williams, Chairman of the Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) and President of Poly-clip System USA and Canada. “Our customers know that PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY delivers experts from the top university food science and packaging schools in North America, who are on hand to share the latest results in their research. These speakers address some of the most important issues of our industry and do so from a non-commercial background.”

“Average attendance at our sessions from the first PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY in 2013 increased by roughly 99% from previous educational program,” said FPSA President and CEO David Seckman. “Obviously that was a great start. However, this latest registration report would indicate that we are just getting started. With over two weeks of advance registration left we expect these numbers to grow to levels we never even dreamed of two years ago.”

Advance registration is $25 for food and beverage processors and registered attendees will have open access to all three trade show events; including all educational programs.
