Try to attend as many different seminars as you can.
Most seminars are presented only once. Come early to the Keynote Sessions on Tuesday and Wednesday mornings! Tuesday’s 7:45 a.m. session features TV personality, celebrity chef and New York City pizzeria owner Donatella Arpaia.
At 7:45 a.m. Wednesday, the Pizza Cuz, Sal Basile and Francis Garcia will talk about their New York pizzerias as well as the Food Channel series that sent them across America in search of the most interesting and amazing pizzas.We’ve enlarged the Craft Beer Pavilion, opened the School of Pizzeria Management, launched the Pizzeria Concept Showcase, expanded programming for new operators and much, much more.
