Mondelez Brazil introduced rounder packaging for its Philadelphia cream cheese. It increases its user-friendliness because consumers can spoon out the cheese more easily. It also reinforces the brand’s visual identity because retailers can now stack the product more efficiently on the shelves. Mondelez launched the new packaging in Brazil in September 2014. It has been widely available since January 2015.
DoubleSided IML for twice as many printable zones
Mondelez Brazil selected IML packaging because of the outstanding print quality. And they decorate all sides of the packaging with a single label. They opted for DoubleSided IML, or IML labels that are printed on both sides. This offers more marketing opportunities. Mondelez now prints delicious recipes on the inside of the lids.
