American Frozen Food Institute adds food safety topics to PROCESS EXPO UNIVERSITY program
The Food Processing Suppliers Association (FPSA) today announced the addition of three sessions to the educational program at PROCESS EXPO 2015. These session are being organized by the American Frozen Food Institute (AFFI) and admission will be free of charge for all registered attendees of PROCESS EXPO.
The first topic, “Systems-Based Approach for Control and Prevention of Listeria monocytogenes in Frozen Food Production Environments”, will be broken into two consecutive parts beginning at 1:00pm on Tuesday, September 15th and concluding at 3:30pm. These two presentations will be offered by Dr. Kelly Stevens, QRO Technology Leader for General Mills, Inc and Dr. Donna Garren, Senior Vice President, Regulatory & Technical Affairs for AFFI.
