Attendees at FMI Connect 2014, the Food Marketing Institute's newly envisioned tradeshow, will have the opportunity to experience what’s in store for packaging at retail, as product packaging and displays continue to play a critical role in consumers’ overall shopping experience.
Through an agreement between PMMI, The Association for Packaging and Processing Technologies, and FMI, the Food Marketing Institute, PMMI will present the “PMMI — PACK EXPO Possibilities in Packaging Innovation Pavilion” at the new, annual FMI Connect event, June 10-13 at McCormick Place in Chicago. The pavilion, sponsored by International Paper, Kliklok-Woodman and Hub Folding, will be built around a series of knowledge desks and an “Innovation Stage” theater, where subject matter experts will share their insights with attendees on topics such as sustainability, displays and design with impact, next generation packaging, and smart and active packaging.
