Former PepsiCo CEO Passes Away, Leaves Brand Transformed
Roger Enrico died Wednesday at age 71.
“Roger Enrico was, quite simply, one of the most creative marketers of his or any generation,” says Indra Nooyi, PepsiCo’s current chairman and CEO in an email statement concerning the former PepsiCo CEO's passing on June 1, 2016, Entrepreneur magazine reports.
Under Enrico, PepsiCo became a true competitor to Coca-Cola. Celebrity endorsements and acquisitions flourished under his touch.
