PRP Acquires NPP Packaging Graphics Specialists Inc.
Printing services company completes acquisition of flexographic printing plates provider
PRP, provider of creative design, brand management services and printing plates, has announced they have completed the acquisition of NPP Packaging Graphics Specialists Inc., a pre-press and flexographic printing plate provider also based in Indianapolis.
NPP, will transfer all operations to PRP’s Indianapolis location upon close of the transaction, however, will retain the manufacturing rights of its’ subsidiary, Innovative Plate Solutions’ “CushionCore”, a proprietary compressible photopolymer printing plate. PRP will become the distributor of CushionCore® along with its’ product line-up, which includes Digital ExSpect, the industry’s first digital Flat-Top-Dot flexographic printing plate.
