Glenroy Inc., a converter and printer of flexible packaging film and standup pouches, will commemorate the company's 50-year anniversary this month.
Glenroy Inc. was established in July 1965 in Milwaukee, Wisc., by founders Edwin, Ruth and Roy Jablonka. The company was named after Edwin and Ruth's two sons, Glen and Roy. Although Glenroy began with only three employees and a single facility, positive word-of-mouth and a reputation for producing dependable packaging film led to a loyal following of customers and steady growth. Today, Glenroy employs over 200 people within four facilities in suburban Milwaukee, and supplies flexible packaging film and standup pouches to leading brands in a variety of industries.
