ACTEGA WIT and ACTEGA Kelstar, manufacturers of inks, coatings and adhesives for packaging and printing markets, have merged to form ACTEGA North America, Inc.

The company says this merger aligns itself with the corporate ACTEGA Division goals to reposition the company focus on market segments rather than technologies. Also, by becoming ACTEGA North America, Inc., the company will have the ability to better service its growing customer base and offer them an unmatched superior product portfolio.
