Technipaq Inc., a provider of flexible and sterilizable packaging for the medical device, diagnostic, healthcare, food and pharmaceutical industries, is installing new lamination equipment to expand its manufacturing capabilities and capacities for customers.

The new equipment will more than triple overall lamination and coating capacity to meet customer demands. 

"Increased demand from our customers for performance laminates and coated structures combined with the driving need to meet high quality standards while keeping lead-times down has directed us to invest in this state-of-the-art lamination equipment," says Brian Rosenburg, Technipaq's VP of sales and marketing. 

Expected to install first quarter 2016, the laminator will undergo qualification trials in April with full production to follow.
