Francesca’s path to PRS wasn't a straight line. She holds a master’s degree in a field entirely unrelated to her current work, a background that she credits with giving her a fresh approach to problem-solving in the world of precision rolls. In her role, Francesca focuses on providing tailored solutions to PRS customers. She prides herself on asking incisive questions, developing a deep understanding of each client’s production conditions, and leveraging her broad experience to offer technical support across the many industries PRS serves. For Francesca, the most exciting aspect of her work is the uniqueness of each project. She finds both challenge and reward in crafting solutions for customers, embracing the exacting demands of the industries PRS serves. Her enthusiasm for the work is evident as she navigates the complexities of each new roll project, always striving to deliver optimal results for our customers.
