Ashley has been in the consumer products industry for 12 years gaining experience from a variety of roles spanning both technical and commercial functions in food and beverage packaging, sustainability, food product development, international program management, and introducing new technology to the world at a start-up.

She has led the development and launch of new packaging and technologies on 5 continents with some of the biggest brands in the world including PepsiCo, Unilever, McDonald’s, Tata, and Amcor. Ashley received a DuPont Packaging Award, R&D 100 Award, Chairman’s Award, and a patent for her work on sustainable packaging at PepsiCo.

Ashley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University and a 200-hour yoga instructor certification.
