Ashley Leidolf
End-Use Marketing Manager, Dow
Ashley is currently the End-Use Marketing Manager for Sustainable Packaging at Dow. She works with brand owners, retailers, and converters to accelerate the development of sustainable packaging solutions in order to reduce waste and drive towards circularity. Ashley is also on the Executive Committee of the Sustainable Packaging Coalition.
Ashley has spent the last 14 years bringing sustainable packaging solutions to market with some of the world’s most prominent brands. She has gained diverse experiences from a variety of roles spanning both technical and commercial, from start-up to multi-national, in sustainable packaging and consumer goods product development. She has led the development and launch of new packaging and technologies across 5 continents for companies including PepsiCo, Amcor, HAVI Global Solutions, 915 Labs, and Dow.
Ashley has a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Purdue University.
