Brad has recently joined UBE America Inc. serving as a technical service engineer for UBE Nylon in North America. In this role, he supports customers by providing recommendations to troubleshoot extrusion problems, design film structures, and improve overall film performance. In addition to managing UBE's film analysis laboratory in Michigan, he helps promote specialized products, new polymer grades, and multilayer film sustainability.

Brad holds a Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology from Ferris State University. He's also earned degrees in polymer science and business administration. Prior to joining UBE, he's worked as a materials specialist in the elastomer industry specializing in a wide range of polymers, including Fluoroelastomers, EPDM, and TPE's.
