Jessica Quon is the Co-Founder & COO of Split Nutrition and Co-Owner of The Jam Stand. The Jam Stand was founded in Brooklyn, NY in 2012 with Quon’s best friend and business partner, Sabrina Valle, quickly growing from farmer’s markets to national brick and mortar distribution. With a solid understanding of the CPG industry, Quon and her partner bagan private label manufacturing for 3rd party businesses and launched partnerships with Triscuit, Haagen Dazs, and The Most Interesting Man in the World. You may have seen Quon on Season 1 of CNBC's “Billion Dollar Buyer,” where she and her cofounder pitched to Tillman Fertitta to carry their products at Morton's Steakhouse and Golden Nugget Casinos. (Spoiler: Morton’s Steakhouse was a “yes.”) In 2018, The Jam Stand cofounders met the cofounders of Split and instantly fell in love with the product, concept, and people behind it. Today, Quon oversees Split Nutrition’s Operations - from production, to logistics, to team management.
