Juan Gluth is the CEO and Board Director for NextFoods, Inc, maker of GoodBelly, a brand delivering highly efficacious probiotic products and gut health solutions. Following 20 years of leadership experience in Consumer Packaged Goods companies such as WhiteWave Foods, Warner Home Video, and Hormel Foods, Juan joined GoodBelly in 2018 as Head of Sales and elevated to the CEO role in 2020. He has since driven the brand to double-digit growth through expanded national distribution while spearheading innovation with new product offerings and packaging formats.
Juan received a Master of Business Administration from DePaul University’s Charles H. Kellstadt Graduate School of Business and a Bachelor of Science from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business.
