Justin joined Hoffer Plastics after graduating from Purdue University’s school of Mechanical Engineering in 2017, and began his career in Program Management overseeing Hoffer’s line of caps and spouts for flexible packaging products. He worked internally to develop new products, and externally with co-packers worldwide delivering technical service on various filling lines. Justin is currently a Business Development Manager focused on aligning customers with opportunities to launch and scale sustainable packaging initiatives.
