Louis is a managing director at Mesirow and founded the firm’s coverage of the packaging sector in 2002. He is responsible for developing client relationships and leading deal teams throughout the M&A transaction process.
Louis has 30 years of investment banking experience. Prior to joining Mesirow, he was with Salomon Smith Barney, where he executed packaging industry transactions in the Americas and Europe.
His expertise is on fragmented, consolidated industries such as flexible packaging and labels, in which he has closed over fifty transactions.
He has a BBA from Southern Methodist University and an MBA from Duke University.
