Michael joined TIPA in 2021 as the VP of Sales, North America. Prior to TIPA, Michael played an integral role as Global Vice President at TerraCycle for over a decade, expanding the company's brand-funded recycling programs to 20+ global markets in Europe, Latin America, Australia, and New Zealand. A Central Michigan University graduate with an M.A. in International Relations, Michael developed a vast career in sustainability which eventually introduced him to TIPA® fully compostable flexible packaging.
Michael is a purpose-driven, results-oriented, and relationship-building expert, skilled at developing and motivating high-performing teams and managing complex projects.
