Scott has been with Hudson-Sharp for 31 years. Hudson-Sharp is a global leader in premade pouch and bag making equipment and is now part of Barry-Wehmiller Flexible Systems. He has held leadership positions in Engineering, Operations, Sales, Management, and for the last 15 years Innovation and Intellectual Property. During this time Scott has led many collaborations in development of innovative solutions for flexible packaging.

Scott has a B.S.M.E. from University of Wisconsin-Madison and resides in Green Bay with his wife and family.
