Technical Service and Development (TS&D) Scientist, Dow
Vinita Yadav is Technical Service and Development (TS&D) Scientist for Dow’s Packaging and Speciality Plastics business. She has over 10 years of product and application development experience in Chemical science. In her current role, she leads Matte coating and Label adhesive platforms. She also consults with customers and brand owners to develop technical strategy and deliver innovative solutions for their adhesive and coating needs.
Vinita was awarded her Ph.D. in Chemistry from Penn State University. Her research focused on nanoscale transport phenomenon in Colloids. She has co-authored over 15 peer reviewed publications including a book chapter with the Nobel Laureate Gerhard Ertl. She also has 7 patent applications and has been a recipient of numerous awards, including, Young Investigator award, Baxter and Emerging Leader of the year award, SASE.
