Kent Precision Foods Group (KPFG), a subsidiary of Kent Corporation, have entered into an agreement to acquire flexible packaging supplier PouchTec Industries.

Foley, Minnesota-based PouchTec Industries specializes in the manufacturing of flexible, innovative packaging solutions for some of the largest multi-national food and beverage companies in the world.
