Wikoff Color Corp. completed the acquisition of São Paulo, Brazil-based Verti Produtos Químicos on Nov. 30.

 

Based in Fort Mill, South Carolina, Wikoff Color Corp. manufactures high-performance printing inks and coatings for the graphic arts industry. Wikoff Color employs 500 people at its 28 manufacturing plants and numerous in-plant centers worldwide.

 

Wikoff Color CEO and President Geoff Peters said Verti’s core values align with the Wikoff's employee-owners.

 

“Verti’s focus on technical support and customer relationships will complement our long history of providing outstanding products and services to our customers,” he said. “Looking ahead, we are excited about the synergies that exist between Verti and Wikoff Color and the new opportunities for growth that our combined resources will be positioned to pursue throughout Brazil and South America.”
