Forbes recently named Bemis Company, Inc. one of its 2018 Best Large Employers in America, ranking it among the top 20 engineering and manufacturing companies.

 

Bemis President and CEO Bill Austen credits the company’s employees for the award.

Each year, Forbes partners with Statista, an online market research company, to anonymously survey U.S. employees regarding whether they would recommend their company to family and friends, as well as their opinion about other companies in their industry. The survey covers a variety of topics including working conditions, salary, potential for development and company image.

 

This year, Bemis celebrates 160 years in business. The company’s core values of innovation, accountability, respect and ethics play a role in the success of its people and business. Bemis has 56 manufacturing facilities and approximately 16,000 employees worldwide.
