In his new position, Van Grinsven will supervise production, quality control and implement continuous improvement processes at Inometa’s Appleton, Wis. facility that serves the flexographic printing industry.

 

“I strongly believe in the technology, the people and the culture of Inometa," says Van Grinsven. “Inometa is recognized as a premium supplier of printing sleeves, accessories and technology, and I am excited about the opportunities in front of us,” he adds.

 

Van Grinsven brings to his new position over 30 years of flexible packaging and printing experience.  He was formerly department manager for Coating Excellence, where he supervised up to 86 employees and 18 production lines operating 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

In addition to 30 years of flexible packaging and printing experience, Van Grinsven has completed numerous management and leadership seminars, and continuing education courses.
