Imagelinx Group Aquired by Sonoco Trident for $3.27M
The board of Imagelinx has made the decision to sell the company to Sonoco Trident.
Trident will retain retention funds totalling to approximately $0.9 million, covering any potential warranty claims and an environmental claim of one of Imagelinx's properties.
The majority of these funds will be paid to Imagelinx April 2014.
