International packaging and paper Group Mondi unites its North American competencies under the name Mondi Americas. 

 

According to Mondi Americas President Kevin Young, the new organization provides the North American marketplace with regional leadership backed by Mondi’s worldwide packaging and paper design, manufacturing and service resources.

 

“Mondi Americas brings deep technical knowledge as well as global supply chain efficiencies to Mondi’s North American customer base,” Young says. “Mondi Group’s worldwide network includes operations in 30 countries with 25,700 employees. Our North American customers that source and market globally now have a regional avenue to Mondi’s full range of global resources and firm assurance of consistent product quality wherever they conduct business.

 

“Look for Mondi Americas to deliver custom solutions to the North American market, where packaging requirements are evolving at a brisk pace,” Young continues. “We are putting in place a business structure that supports our North American customers’ changing needs with innovative new products, process solutions and supply chain options to speed time to market.”
