It is not only essential to meet with Environmental regulators to learn about their planned regulatory actions which may affect the industry, but it is critical that EPA continues to see and use FPA as a resource so EPA understands the industry and takes its manufacturing practices into account as it develops regulations. To facilitate ongoing dialogue with EPA and protect the industry, FPA’s most recent meetings with EPA included: EPA Office of Air Quality Planning and Standards (OAQPS); EPA Program Directors for Water, Waste, and Green Labelling; and EPA Office of Pollution Prevention.
