Nordson EDI Hires Regional Sales Manager
Nordson Corp. has appointed James R. Winning to be a regional sales manager for the company’s Extrusion Dies Industries brand of extrusion and coating dies.
Winning will be responsible for sales in New England, New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Delaware, as well as the Canadian provinces of Ontario, Quebec, New Brunswick and Newfoundland. He will represent the Nordson EDI range of flat dies for film, sheet, and coating and Premier dies for fluid coating.
“Jim brings extensive technical sales experience with both U.S. and Canadian companies, including fifteen years with respected film and extrusion coating equipment OEMs,” says Steve Purcell, vice president of the Americas. “He will be a valuable resource for our extrusion and web converting customers.”
James Winning comes to Nordson from American Kuhne Inc., where he was product manager for turnkey narrow web and laboratory extrusion coating lines. Previously, he spent ten years as technical sales and resource manager for blown film specialist Future Design Inc., followed by three years as a senior sales engineer for narrow web and laboratory equipment at Davis-Standard LLC. Prior to these responsibilities in the plastics and converting industries, he held management positions in the metals sector for eight years.
