One group that is part of FPA’s wider collaborative effort is the Coalition for Sustainable Materials Management (CSMM). Its focus is to increase recycling and recovery of materials via alternatives to Product Stewardship, also known as Extended Producer Responsibility (EPR). CSMM’s goal is to use proactive engagements and education programs to reach policymakers, regulators, recyclers and local officials.
