American Roller Company Acquires C.R.E.W.
American Roller Company has announced its acquisition of C.R.E.W., a move that will add engineering depth and additional manufacturing capability and capacity in support of the company’s recent product line acquisitions and overall web processing business.
Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
The acquisition of Oshkosh, Wisconsin-based C.R.E.W. comes just weeks after American Roller’s acquisition of Nordson’s XALOY DuraShell and EquaTherm chill roll product lines.
“We are excited to add the C.R.E.W brand, reputation and capability to the American Roller team,” explains Steve Russell, American Roller VP and general manager. “With Troy Sommerfeld’s leadership of our corporate core engineering process and the machining investment we are making in our Rock Hill, South Carolina facility, we are strengthening and investing in our industry leading position in web processing.”
