Paper Converting Machine Company, a flexographic press manufacturer, acquires RDP Marathon and IPT Digital to widen its range of solutions to include digital printing.

QComp Technologies, a robotic systems integrator is beginning a 10,000-square-foot addition to its production facility in Greenville, WI. The expansion, which is scheduled for completion this fall, is in response to an increase in demand for its robotic automation systems in the United States and Canada.

A new PE label, manufactured exclusively from recycled polyethylene, is thought to be the first of its kind worldwide. It was jointly developed in Germany by the printer schäfer-etiketten and the self-adhesive materials specialist HERMA, with the aid of the PE film experts of POLIFILM.

This year’s largest, most comprehensive packaging event, PACK EXPO Las Vegas 2019 will take place Sept. 23–25, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The biennial event co-located with Healthcare Packaging EXPO 2019, is set to bring machinery suppliers together with end users across a host of industries.
