Webex has announced an on-time shipment guarantee for Standard Idler Rolls. The guarantee, which includes up to 10 aluminum or carbon steel, dead shaft and live shaft Idler Rolls, states that if products aren’t delivered within a three-week lead time, customers will receive 25 percent off their next idler roll order of equal or lesser value.
