The Flexible Packaging Association announced the election of its 2017 Board of Directors. Rob Tiede, Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer, Sonoco Products Company, is the new chairman of the FPA Board of Directors. Rob succeeds Stan Bikulege, Chairman and CEO, NOVOLEX™, who served as chairman of the FPA Board of Directors from March 2016 – March 2017. The 2017 Board of Directors were elected by FPA voting members via ballot for a one-year term, and assumed their directorship on March 1, 2017, at the FPA 2017 Annual Meeting in Boca Raton, Florida. The 2017 Board is comprised of industry leaders from 34 flexible packaging companies.

Newly appointed Directors include: Todd Becker, NOVA Chemicals, Inc.; Stefan Bogoll, Constantia Flexibles LLC; Ross Bushnell, Mondi Jackson LLC; Ken Fontaine, AMGRAPH Packaging, Inc.; Francois Olivier, TC Transcontinental Packaging; and Jim Sanfilippo, Clear Lam Packaging, Inc. “FPA is pleased to welcome the new members to the Board of Directors,” said FPA Chairman, Rob Tiede. “Their industry experience and proven business leadership will serve the association well.”
