Flexo Concepts’ MicroClean Anilox Roll Cleaning Machine now features MicroClean IQ, a human machine interface that handles interactions between the machine and the operator. MicroClean IQ can be programmed with 30 “recipes,” or customized roll descriptions, in addition to roll specifications. It also includes enhanced special cleaning options, making it possible to isolate specific sections of the roll for extra cleaning. Operators can pause and restart a cleaning cycle as well as track remaining cleaning time. The new system records all roll cleaning history and makes recommendations for cleaning cycles and routine maintenance. MicroClean IQ is now standard on all new models, and Flexo Concepts will be offering upgrades for existing equipment.
