Flint Group is reorganizing its flexographic products sales team with a number of organizational changes.

Bob Adler has been promoted to director of sales North America for the Rotec sleeves and adapters business of the flexographic products division, where he will lead the newly formed Rotec sleeve and adapter sales group.

Flint Group has hired Joe Czaplewski as territory manager for the Rotec sleeves and adapter business to cover the upper Midwest of the United States. Czaplewski has 25 years of printing and converting experience, ranging from web offset to flexographic printing and converting, plus 10 years of manufacturing experience in various printing positions and 16 years of sales experience with Paper Converting Machine Co. and Quad Graphics.

Additionally, Dominic Barnes, an experienced printing industry professional, has joined Flint Group’s flexographic products as territory manager for the Western U.S., where he will provide Rotec sleeve and adapter consultative solutions for flexographic products’ printing customers. Before joining Flint Group, Barnes spent more than 19 years providing sales solutions in the printing, extrusion and converting industries.

To round out the new group, Wes Johnson will continue as territory manager, representing the Rotec sleeve and adapters business and handling the Southeastern U.S.  Johnson has been with Flint Group for five years, and has contributed to the success and growth in sales of both sleeves and printing plate products.
