Pearl Appoints Jamie Van Pelt as Director of Sales
Pearl Technologies has named Jamie Van Pelt as its new director of sales. The move became effective on June 26, 2017. In this newly created position, Van Pelt is responsible for further development of Pearl’s national sales as well as brand recognition efforts abroad.
“We are delighted to welcome Jamie to Pearl Technologies Inc. as we expand our reach and product offerings,” says Laurent Cros, CEO of Pearl Technologies. “Jamie’s strong commercial and technical expertise will complement our current skill set, especially as we expand our pouch related product line and R&D initiatives.”
Van Pelt reports to Cros and will be primarily based out of his office in Atlanta, Georgia.
Originally a native of Cleveland, Ohio, Van Pelt comes to Pearl with over 20 years of management and sales leadership within the metals and manufacturing industries. Most recently, he was VP of Peachtree Metals Company and served as an elected officer within the Metal Service Center Institute (MSCI) trade association.
Van Pelt holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Communication and Public Relations from the University of Akron.
