International Forest Products Launches Flexible Films Division With Impex Global Purchase
International Forest Products LLC (IFP) has acquired Impex Global, which will operate as IFP’s Flexible Films Division.
Since 1994, Impex has been recognized as a premier North American distributor of flexible films, offering a wide range of quality flexible coated, laminated and metallized films to meet the market’s most challenging application needs. For the past 24 years, Impex has provided products for a variety of industries, including food and beverage, consumer products, pet food, health and beauty, and graphic arts.
As part of IFP’s wide range of products, this new division will continue to provide competitive solutions with reliable products, a highly trained sales force, robust supply chain, dependable logistics and leading-edge converting/slitting. Under the leadership of John Maxwell, managing director, IFP’s Flexible Films Division will focus on providing value through a broad offering of film solutions and unmatched customer service to meet the needs of an evolving and innovative market.
