Flint Group to Bring Company Divisions Together at 2018 InfoFlex

April 25, 2018

Flint Group (Booth 519) will showcase everything from printing plates to sleeves and inks at the 2018 FTA InfoFlex from May 8-9 in Indianapolis. The company’s Flexographic, Packaging Inks, Narrow Web and Digital Solutions Divisions will all come together to provide a one-stop shop offering the broadest range of flexographic products to the printing industry.

The Flexographic Division will present its nyloflex XVH digital plate - a new, versatile, hard durometer plate with an inherently flat-top surface that is perfect for narrow web print applications on all types of printing substrates and wide web film printing when surface screening is employed. It will also showcase rotec Eco Bridge – a unique adapter for use on flexographic printing presses and plate-mounting equipment.

Flint Group will launch FlexiLam DF2 at the show, flexo lamination inks designed to perform on a wide variety of films by adhesive or extrusion lamination. The company’s solvent-based FlexiTech Shrink U high fidelity shrink inks provide the widest color gamut and widest range of substrate adhesion available on the market.

The Narrow Web Division will feature EkoCure XS – A UV LED flexo ink system for shrink sleeves with improved adhesion for the fastest printing speeds. EkoCure XS ink is a next-generation LED technology developed by Flint Group Narrow Web, addressing key needs determined by many converters specializing in the shrink sleeve market. It combines the latest ink chemistry that provides perfect cure and sufficient flexibility allowing better adhesion.

Flint Group Narrow Web will also be demonstrating Hydrokett ZEN ink, which features excellent press stability and superior print quality to improve profitability of any converter due to very low maintenance and outstanding color strength.

Furthermore, the division will showcase the benefits of LED curing low-migration EkoCure ANCORA ink.

The company’s Digital Solutions Division will exhibit ThermoFlexX digital imagers - the most innovative CTP systems available with 20, 30, 48, 60 and 80-inch models to serve every sector of the flexo market.
