Jerry Decker has joined Multifilm Packaging Corporation (multifilm.com) as director of operations for their Multifoil division, a green field operation focused on conversion of aluminum foil for the confectionary industry. Until recently, Decker was heading up the operations for Constantia in Colmar, PA.
