Jerry Decker has joined Multifilm Packaging Corp’s as director of operations for the company's Multifoil division, a green field operation focused on conversion of aluminum foil for the confectionary industry. Until recently Mr. Decker was heading up the operations for Constantia in Colmar, Pa.
