Admiral Packaging Adds New Stand-up Pouch Machine to Its Equipment List
Flexible packaging producer Admiral Packaging is pleased to announce that as of June 2013 it has expanded its converting capabilities with the purchase of a new, 24-inch hi-speed quad seal/dual stand-up pouch machine from Modern Manufacturing Services, LLC. With the addition of this machine Admiral Packaging has expanded its pouch offerings to include the following:
- Two–up stand-up processing
- Two-up stand-up with zipper processing
- Quad seal pouches
- Side gusset pouches
In addition to expanding the variety of pouches that Admiral Packaging now offers, the new machine has also increased its processing capabilities, bringing the company further down its “Lean Journey” to provide customers exactly what they need, when they need it. “It’s all about the variety of products we can offer our customer as well as turn around time in our industry. Our newest machine not only has expanded our converting capabilities but also the variety of pouches we can offer our customer. It has also allowed us to increase our processing capability which is in line with the “Lean” methods that we practice at Admiral Packaging,” sayss Harley Frank, president of Admiral Packaging.
