Core Systems Innovation has announced the launch of its new CM8+ manual core cutter. The newly designed machine has several upgraded features including a locking chuck mechanism that holds used- and warped cores in place during the cutting cycle. Other new features on the CM8+ include illuminated E-stop and power-on control pushbuttons, a fully covered knife blade for increased operator safety and an OSHA-approved, electric anti-tie down start controls. The CM8+ can cut up to 6-inch-diameter cores, and comes in 60 and 90-inch-length models. Sixty-inch machines are in stock and ready for immediate shipment.
