Graphic Packaging Closes Sale of Multi-wall Bag Business
Graphic Packaging Holding Co., provider of packaging solutions to food, beverage and other consumer products companies, announces that it and its wholly-owned subsidiary Graphic Packaging International, Inc., have completed the sale of their Multi-wall Bag business to Mondi Group. The divested assets included 9 converting plants located throughout the United States and the Pine Bluff, Arkansas kraft paper mill.
