Based at the group's head office in Amsterdam, McAdoo will take the lead on business development and increasing cross-selling across the division. McAdoo will be responsible for promoting the capabilities of the entire division to the market and customers, as well as  developing the Clondalkin Flexible Packaging brand across the Group's target markets. 

 

McAdoo has 15 years experience working with British Polythene Industries (BPI) in a variety of commercial and management roles across different divisions. His most recent role was as Commercial Director for the consumer division of BPI covering the produce and retail markets in the United Kingdom, China and Australia. Prior to joining BPI he spent 9 years with Shell Group in its Petrochemicals division.
