Plankey Brings Depth of Converting Experience to Matik
Matik Inc., distributor of printing, converting and packaging equipment, is pleased to announce the appointment of Jim Plankey as its new regional sales manager. In this role, Plankey will focus on customer sales and support for Matik’s entire product line on the East Coast.
Plankey brings more than 30 years of industry experience with a depth of expertise in labels, folding cartons and general converting. Prior roles included sales management positions for Wink-US and RotoMetrics, along with running a flexographic and screen printing label business.
This firsthand knowledge of printing operations will be a real asset to Matik’s customers. “I am excited to join the Matik team and look forward to using my many years of experience in printing and converting to help our customers achieve new levels of business success,” says Plankey.
