Coveris has announced the appointment of Loic Sebileau as director of global business development.

As part of the Commercial Excellence Team, Sebileau will work closely with the company’s commercial teams, business units, and executive team members to develop and execute integrated business plans across business units. Sebileau will serve one the global leadership team responsible for building multi-platform, global, market oriented business plans that align with the company’s long-term strategy and objectives.

Loic will not only help Coveris unlock the value we have in market verticals and global customers, but will also work across our portfolio to drive significant value for our customers and shareholders.”

By adding this expertise, the company is also continuing its investment in the Coveris Business System (CBS), which has four key components: Commercial Excellence, Operational Excellence, Talent & Leadership and Acquisition Integration. The system is designed to focus strategic initiatives on building a best-in-class global organization.

Sebileau brings more than 15 years of high value-added product development and commercialization to Coveris, most recently serving as Global Business Development and Industrialization Manager at Rexam Healthcare. While at Rexam Healthcare, he had an impressive 11 year career where he supported the growth of drug delivery devices and medical consumables across the globe.

Prior to Rexam Healthcare, Sebileau worked in the automotive business of Valeo, where as a Program Manager, he developed new processes for composite manufacturing and drove improvements via Design for 6 Sigma, Value Analysis, and other Lean Tools.

Sebileau has a Master’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering INSA Toulouse and a University Diploma of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from IUT Cachan- Universite Paris Sud (XI).
